THE CHALLENGE
The Educator's Book Club is a private online group for teachers with few resources to market outside of the group in an attempt to recruit new members.
After meeting many teachers with specialized skills and knowledge in education, I realized how much insight teachers can gain from each other if the information were shared in an easy to consume format.
Many teachers have limited time to participate in professional development, even during any planning periods they may have.
THE SOLUTION

THE RESULTS
An influx of new members have joined since the launch of the podcast episodes.
A larger influx occurs within the first few weeks of the release of an episode. However, a couple of new members have trickled in months after stating that they had heard of The Educator's Book Club from the podcasts.
