This week your challenge is to show how dialogue can be shown in e-learning courses. You can focus on talking, texting, instant messaging, video chats, or any other form of communication."
THE SOLUTION
Personifying the characters by avoiding the static stock characters in Storyline and opting for small individual clips of 3D characters in short interactions.
Writing a script in advance that allows for the story to branch easily, yet still circle back to the initial learning goal.
THE RESULTS
A sample of customer service training when introducing the capabilities of a new technology.
